  I really hate to be /THAT/ person, who has to bring a bad review due to an absolute poor experience. Let's start with, yeah, it used to be a great place and I have spent a lot of money here because they do have great deals; I'm not trying to make it all out to be bad. Sufficed to say I will not be returning and letting my local friends knowing not to come back to this store either, not that employees really care about that kind of thing... Anyways, let's start my 1-star review... with the store itself. Cluttered, Merchandise shoved everywhere and in the wrong places. In all the retail places I've worked, we have zoned before we left. But this place looks like they just pick up and leave as soon as the last customer leaves. The customer service is awful (not all of them-- there have been some wonderful women working for them, always cheerful), more particularly talking about the dude that works there. I'm surprised he keeps his job with his poor attitude and lack of customer service. I've had nothing but bad experience, after bad experience with this dude. I've had a lot but the last two... In my opinion were the worst. Maybe about a week or two ago as I was checking out he accused me of stealing. At least that's how he made me feel. They have a green sign outside saying that you cannot take in large backpacks and I have a small backpack that I use to carry VALUABLES and stuff I NEED. So, no, I shouldn't have to leave my valuables with someone I do not know, nor would I want to associate with in my own life. When I got up to the front of the line, he was like "That green sign out there...? You can't bring your backpacks in here." What happened to you can't accuse the customer of stealing? Cause in my past experience in retail you can get fired OR sued by the person you accused. In all my time shopping there, I have always had some sort of bag with me and have NEVER stolen. So that disgusts me. And today, I went in and made a small mistake with my payment and had to redo it, after that... I accidentally made another mistake, to which he UNPROFESSIONALLY threw up his arms and let out a little grunt... like his /JOB/ is inconvenient! I'm sorry but you work for your money, if you don't get customers then you don't get a check. Sorry if your job is inconvenient to you but maybe it's not the job for you then. My girlfriend has also had awful experiences with this guy too. I'm sorry that I have to do this, cause I'm not the kind of person to just do this for the drama-attention. I just want everyone to know my experiences. And though no corporate will probably see this, that's okay. I'm fine with that. I'm just someone leaving a review about my most recent experiences with coming here. Thanks for reading and I hope that nobody else has the unfortunate experiences that I have had with this place.
